Tom Farrell, CPA

Tom Farrell

Family: Tom and his wife enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren on their farm

Hobbies: Fishing, boating, cooking, and raising a variety of farm animals

Passion: International travel

Tom graduated from Rockhurst College with a Bachelor of Science in business administration in 1965 and has been in public accounting since that time. He was a partner in the firm of Isenhower & Farrell, which merged with Mize, Houser in 1982. Upon the merger, Tom became a partner in Mize, Houser.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants, Kansas Food Dealers’ Association, Retail Grocers’ Association of Greater Kansas City, and past president of the Eastern Kansas Estate Planning Council.

Tom works primarily with the owners of closely-held companies, helping them maximize profitability in their companies and achieve their personal financial goals. He also works with his clients on succession planning to retain wealth and minimize business interruptions.
